Foxley Tagg have been involved in the Residential Development in Bolnore Village.

Location: Bolnore Village, Haywards Heath

Client: Crest Nicholson (South) Ltd

Development: Outline Application was also submitted Phase 4 of Bolnore Village – This application was based on a Maximum of 573 units and was again supported by a Full Application for infrastructure

A second Outline Application was also submitted for a combined Phase 4 and 5 scheme – This application was based on a Maximum of 785 units and was again supported by a Full Application for infrastructure.

These applications also included Stage 5 of the Haywards Heath Relief Road.

Work Areas:

Preparation and submission of the Planning Applications, Planning Statements, Travel Plan, Construction Management Plan, negotiation with stakeholders and local residents, management of planning and Appeal processes, Planning Appeal, Public Inquiry and Secretary of State liaison.

Status:

A 52 day Public Inquiry was held in 2006, however following the Inspectors report the Secretary if State called in the application for consideration. Following extensive work by the development team the Secretary of State granted permission for each application in March 2008.
