Foxley Tagg have been involved in the Application for development at St Francis Hospital.

Client: Crest Nicholson (South) Ltd

Development: Outline and Reserved Matters Applications for the development of 222 units covering two sites, Parcel X and Y. The applications also included the development of Stage 6 of the Haywards Heath Relief Road.

Work Areas:

Preparation and submission of the Planning Applications, Planning Statements, Travel Plan, negotiation with stakeholders and local residents, management of planning process.

Status:

Outline Approval was granted in 2006 with Reserved Matters Applications being approved in March and November 2008.

Work has now commenced on site.
