Foxley Tagg Planning Limited acting as the Travel Plan Coordinator are responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation and running of the Travel Plan and its agreed measures, together with the review of such measures inline with the Travel Plan targets.

Foxley Tagg are also responsible for the release of parking permits to residents under the new parking permit scheme introduced in 2010. But are not responsible for the enforcement of parking permits or related appeals.

Countrywide Managing Agents are the property management company responsible for Poole Quarter and the day to day issues associated with the residential properties  on the site.

Patrol Plus Limited are the parking enforcement company responsible for ensuring the parking permits (issued in 2010 ) are correctly displayed  in all vehicles parked in a resident parking bay on Poole Quarter.
