Whilst on site we can discuss different scenarios and ideas in order to evolve your concepts within the bounds of guidance and legislation with the focus on creating innovative ideas.

From this initial site assessment we can proceed with preliminary design ideas and concepts as a vehicle to enter into pre application discussions with Local Authorities.
