From this initial site assessment we can proceed with preliminary design ideas and concepts as a vehicle to enter into pre application discussions with Local Authorities.

Our experienced team use 3D design software to create realistic images of possible design solutions. This bespoke service allows you to visualise the project and to provide a platform for further development.

Using this service to form the basis for pre-application work and the initial planning stages can avoid paying specialist architect fees to achieve an initial view from planning authorities before you even know if planning may be successful.
