Planning Policy
Many Local Authorities are now preparing Local Development Frameworks (England) or Local Development Plans (Wales).
These documents will shape and govern development until 2026 and therefore Foxley Tagg work on behalf of a number of clients to influence the development of future policies.
At Regional and National Levels we also have produced evidence and representations to support, influence or object to the development of new plans such as Regional Spatial Strategic as well as more generic Government Guidance and best practice.
Our team have gained significant experience in the public sector, having worked for Local Authorities at county, district and unitary levels. This has given us a unique insight into key governmental processes, procedures and protocol.
Foxley Tagg has carried out work on behalf of the Department for Transport, Transport for London, Passenger transport authorities, County, District, Unitary Councils and Health Authorities.
With the introduction of the first coalition government since XXXX, although many authorities from our network of contacts advise that they are ploughing on with their LDF’s we await the evolving changes expeced to come out from the new governing power. This may affect the stance taken by local authorities here at Foxley Tagg we are monitoring these changes in the interest of our clients.
